That’s why we stand behind what we sell and we want you to be satisfied with every detail. The last thing you need is a hassle returning or exchanging anything. We treat you the way we treat our friends… because you are one!
So, if you’re not thrilled the moment you open your purchase or at any time in the next 30 days, we want to make it right. Just mail the unlaundered/unworn/unaltered item back with the packing list for refund or exchange to:

If you return your item by mail, it will take up to 2 weeks after it is received in the warehouse to process your credit.
A fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund if you need to return it, however shipping for exchanges is free.
If you need a return label, please email us at: shaybalisharon@gmail.com or call (727) 647-0288 processing/shipping fees are non-refundable for returns. For returns from Alaska and Hawaii a $10.95 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
Take your package to any U.S. Post Office, U. S. Post Office mailbox, or leave the package with any U.S. Post Office driver. You may also place the package in the mailbox at home or work. To find the nearest location to you, please visit usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS® 1-800-275-8777. You may track your return here.
You can also take the parcel to the carrier of your choice and pay for return shipping yourself.
