The best way to wash our rayon garments is to hand wash them in cool water & hang to dry. Do not use any chlorine bleach as this will fade the color.
Be sure to follow the washing instructions. If the garment feels tight after washing – iron or steam the garment. Crinkle rayon has a tendency to bunch up when wet so ironing or steaming will return it to it’s original size.
Yes, the duvet covers and pillow shams are 100% cotton and preshrunk. They are machine wash and dry.
We recommend protecting the pot by keeping them inside, on a patio or screen porch. The pots are sealed with polyurethane but the terracotta will absorb moisture over time. This can fade the paint if left out in the rain! To fully protect your pot – just drop in any plant or flower in a plastic liner pot that fits inside.
It’s possible but not guaranteed. Birds are picky about their nests and each species has different requirements. Hole size and location are particularly important. Only small birds would be able to nest in these birdhouses as they must feel secure from predators.
